This is a large 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, with an added bonus area for accommodating up to 14 people. Plenty of room for a large family or group of friends to vacation together!

This home sits on just over an acre and has a beautiful panoramic view of Scott Bay. This is the perfect location for fishing enthusiasts, hunters, and anyone who wants to hit off-road trails. There are multiple levels to this home, and with almost 2300 square feet of living space, you won't have to worry about being crowded.

You can sit on the large deck that faces the water and enjoy the amazing sunsets! The main deck includes a 4-5 person hot tub, as well as a screened-in Tiki Bar. There are stairs that lead up to another deck that is off of the large main bedroom suite, so you'll have plenty of room inside and out.

There is a large paved drive/parking area at the main entrance for parking, and where kids can ride skateboards and scooters. This is also a great area for bike riding.

There are two gas fireplaces, one in the living room and another in the main bedroom. The bonus sleeping area is off of the main bedroom.

The main floor has hardwood throughout, and the living room and dining area have a cathedral ceiling that opens up the second-floor catwalk. Bring along your favorite movies to watch while relaxing at night -- there are 3 TVs with DVD players in the home, including a selection of DVDs.

Note: The dock space that comes with this home is a shared dock. There is a one-boat max.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.

Service Fees: A one-time cleaning fee is added to the cost of all rentals. The cleaning fee will be line-listed in the breakdown of costs when you make your reservation. Cleaning fees are subject to tax.

Some of our homes are pet-friendly and will allow 1 or 2 dogs within the home. If you would like to bring your dog(s) to a pet-friendly home, a fee of $50 per pet will be added to the total rental rate and will be line-listed in the breakdown of costs when you make your reservation. Pet fees are subject to tax.

Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made 30 days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus a $50.00 cancelation fee. Cancelations of less than 30 days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and sales tax unless Northern Properties is able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation, minus a $50.00 cancelation fee. You commit to your dates at the time of booking, there is no refund for early departure, refusal to occupy upon arrival, or no-shows. All refunds are processed at the end of each month. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will not receive a refund until after your canceled dates have passed.

Rules

All of our homes are non-smoking.
Pets are strictly prohibited in homes that are not listed as pet friendly. This limitation extends to any visitors you may have to the property during your stay.
All vehicles are to be kept within the designated parking areas at the home. Failure to keep vehicles and trailers off restricted areas that result in damages to lawns, septic drain fields, etc. will be the guest’s responsibility to repair.
If you will be bringing trailers or will have multiple vehicles at the home, please make sure the rental home has adequate parking to accommodate your group prior to booking.
Water levels can fluctuate, which can affect docks. If you have concerns that a dock may not work for your boat, please call prior to bringing your boat. We cannot give refunds if a dock space is not adequate for your boat, or if the water levels affect a dock’s usability.
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.
Campers and tents are not allowed at the homes.
No parties and/or exceeding the number of guests the home allows.
Absolutely no fireworks allowed.
Target practice, hunting, or the firing of guns, bows, or other weapons is strictly prohibited on all of our rental properties.
