This beautiful custom log home accommodates up to 8 people and is perfect for activities at any time of the year!

The home has 4 bedrooms, an open floor plan, hardwood floors and ceramic tile downstairs, and comfy carpet upstairs. You'll love the unique woodwork, large log staircase, paved driveway, and French doors on the upper and lower levels decks. The private backyard has a fire pit and a hot tub!

Although the home is not on the water, there is water access across the road for swimming and enjoying beautiful sunsets. It is possible to canoe or boat from here (with a small craft that can be beached on the shore). The shoreline is sand and weeds, not rocks!

A dock space is included with the rental and is located just down the road (approximately .6 miles) on private property. The dock will fit a boat that is 20' or less, not to exceed 8' in width. This area is great for fishing and boating!

This home is wheelchair friendly, meaning there is a ramp for ease of access into the home and entrance doors that are appropriately sized for wheelchair clearance. Please note the shower is not a walk-in shower. Also, the kitchen table and chairs are bar height and cannot be used from a wheelchair. We do apologize for this, but we want you to know this ahead of time.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
Service Fees: A one-time cleaning fee is added to the cost of all rentals. The cleaning fee will be line-listed in the breakdown of costs when you make your reservation and is also posted on each home's webpage. Cleaning fees are subject to tax.

Some of our homes are pet-friendly and will allow 1 or 2 dogs within the home. If you would like to bring your dog(s) to a pet-friendly home, a fee of $50 per pet will be added to the total rental rate and will be line-listed in the breakdown of costs when you make your reservation. Pet fees are subject to tax.
Cancelation Policy: Cancelations made 30 days or more prior to arrival with written notice shall be given a full refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancelations of less than 30 days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and sales tax unless Northern Properties is able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation, minus a $50.00 cancelation fee. You commit to your dates at the time of booking, there is no refund for early departure or refusal to occupy upon arrival or no-shows. All refunds are processed at the end of each month. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will not receive a refund until after your canceled dates have passed.

All of our homes are non-smoking.

Pets are strictly prohibited in homes that are not listed as pet friendly. This limitation extends to any visitors you may have to the property during your stay.

All vehicles are to be kept within the designated parking areas at the home. Failure to keep vehicles and trailers off restricted areas that result in damages to lawns, septic drain fields, etc. will be the guest’s responsibility to repair.

If you will be bringing trailers or will have multiple vehicles at the home, please make sure the rental home has adequate parking to accommodate your group prior to booking.

Water levels can fluctuate, which can affect docks. If you have concerns that a dock may not work for your boat, please call prior to bringing your boat. We cannot give refunds if a dock space is not adequate for your boat, or if the water levels affect a dock’s usability.

Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.

Campers and tents are not allowed at the homes.

No parties and/or exceeding the number of guests the home allows.

Absolutely no fireworks allowed.

Target practice, hunting, or the firing of guns, bows, or other weapons is strictly prohibited on all of our rental properties.
