As we head further into 2026 and our nation celebrates 250 years of independence, Northern Properties has chosen Independent Together as our staff theme for the year.

Northern Properties is built on trust, strong systems, and capable people. We don’t need constant oversight to do great work. Instead, we rely on one another, take ownership of our responsibilities, and support each other as a team.

We also believe that a healthy workplace allows people the freedom to enjoy full lives outside of work. Time with family and friends, outdoor adventures, personal passions, and community involvement all contribute to the balance that helps us bring our best selves to what we do.
